Cancellation A credit card is required in order to reserve your appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Georgia Mei Hair Co. requires 48 hours notice. If 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation, the reserved card will be charged 25% of the scheduled service. If canceling within 24 hours, the reserved card will be charged 50% of the service. We understand that life happens and will use discretion upon last minute cancellations. If a pattern occurs, a non refundable deposit may be required for future appointments or the inability to book any prospective services. No Call/No Shows If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment. Lateness Here at Georgia Mei Hair Co., we have a 15-minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text 215-995-5303 to let us know. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit some of your services with a $25 lateness fee, or you may have to reschedule your appointment completely. In the case of rescheduling, you may be subjected to a $50 non-refundable deposit that will be used towards your next appointment Adjustments Georgia Mei Hair Co. takes pride, stand by and guarantee their work. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please communicate with Georgia Mei Hair Co., so that together we can come up with a plan. We are happy to help provide other alternatives which may be at the cost of the client. Client adjustments will only be honored if contacted within 7 days of the original service and performed within 2 weeks of original appointment. Otherwise all service sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
